Know your budget

One of our goals is to ensure the financial aspect of the home buying process goes as smoothly as possible. There’s also buyers who want a lot of guidance—maybe they know one finish or feature they like but need help building out a complementary palette around it. We’re always happy to work with both types of buyers, as the interior design process is very personal and can sometimes be overwhelming.

At our concept meeting, we’ll discuss your home vision, your lifestyle and any other ideas you’d like incorporated into your build. We can help you bring every piece together and make your dream a reality. Supplying inspiration photos and videos can help us understand the vibe, color palette and overall style you’re hoping to achieve in your new home. The best places to find inspiration are Pinterest, social media platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok, home design websites, magazines and even television shows.
