At Weston Dean Custom Homes, our team has always gone above and beyond to ensure that every homeowner we are lucky enough to work with has an incredible experience throughout the entire homebuilding process—and that includes well after they get the keys to their new construction home.

When it comes to providing our customers with the best service possible, one thing we never want to take for granted is our warranty services. As a company, our goal is to ensure that all of our clients move into the home of their dreams, and the ultimate compliment would be for all of our homeowners to recommend us to their family and friends. In order to ensure that we are doing everything in our power to make each step in the process as seamless and stress-free as possible, we have partnered with a warranty service company called ProHome to manage our warranty process for 24 hours per day and 7 days per week during the first year that you will be living in your new Weston Dean custom home. ProHome is a national company that is known for its customer service, and we couldn’t be more excited to offer this incredible service to all of our well-deserving homeowners. 

1 Year Craftsman Warranty

Very similar to an automobile’s This is similar to an automobile’s “bumper-to-bumper” warranty. With this warranty, any fixture or appliance within your home that was installed by our team will be covered for one year on performance and workmanship. If you see any issues before the year is up, we’ll be happy to help you in every way possible. 

2 Year Systems Warranty

The 2 Year Systems Warranty covers all of the major systems including the plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other appliances. This coverage is for a proper delivery of service where all systems are concerned, but it’s also always important to note that there are some parts and pieces for the plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other appliances that could be warranted for longer than 2 years. If this is the case and you have an issue come about after the 2 years are up, you will still be able to receive assistance, but you will have to go through the specific contractor for those services. 

10-Year BB Major Structural Warranty

Under our 10 year warranty coverage, your new construction home will be taken care of by Bonded Builders. When it comes to this final warranty program, any significant damages that are found such as foundation cracks, pool leaks or framing sags will be taken care of by the team of professionals at Bonded Builders. Bonded Builders strictly screens all builders added to their warranty service program, and Weston Dean Custom Homes is pleased to offer this peace of mind to all of the incredible homeowners we have been able to work with.
