The Duncan  

In a feat of superior design excellence, the Duncan plan still manages to feel intimate in over 5,500 square feet of space. This Spanish Revival style home features immaculate details, interesting angles and unique character in every room. A sprawling, first-floor master bedroom and bathroom are accompanied by two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. 

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms and one full bathroom. In addition to the five bedrooms, the base plan includes a gourmet kitchen with an island, a large family room, a formal living area, a dining room, a study, a game room and a home theater. The Taylor  

Need all five of your bedrooms on a single level? Check out the Taylor plan. While the base plan only shows four bedrooms in the layout, the design makes it easy to add on a fifth without missing out on those sought-after bonus rooms. The Country French style shines in the noticeable features, like a high-ceiling rotunda to welcome you into the home. 

This functional floor plan includes a large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook, formal dining space, great room with a grand fireplace, butler’s pantry, study, great room, kids’ retreat and a built-in desk (in addition to the study). At just over 3,200 square feet, this single-story plan is perfect for families needing five bedrooms and no stairs.
