Building A Custom Home: Part 2

 Last week, we introduced the process of building a custom home with Weston Dean, a premier New Braunfels custom homebuilder. This week, we will discuss the next phases of the custom home building process. Once Phase 1 of your Design Build Process is complete with us, we'll move on to Phase 2: Construction Services

Finance Construction: We’ll assist you in working with a bank of your choice and getting your draw schedule set up based on the benchmarks we’ll create for your project. 

Clear Lot Meeting: This will be the start of the construction. We’ll meet with you at your lot to go over any final details like tree removal will take place. After this meeting, we prepare your lot for the foundation. 

Design Decorator Meetings: We have a vast array of options and the utmost expertise in our designers and design services. You will meet with our designers phase by phase of your home design to keep your project on schedule and easy on your end. 

Communication and Construction Meetings: We know you have a life outside of the construction process of your new home. We’ve partnered with a software company to incorporate a communication system to keep track of your entire construction process. 

Third-Party Inspections: We hire third-party inspectors to cross-check anything we may have missed on our end. You have the option of hiring your own third-party inspectors as well throughout any point of the construction process. 

Final Orientation & Sign Off: We will meet with you seven days before your final draw for construction or closing.
