Building A Custom Home: Part 1

 For many who want to build a custom home, knowing where to start is often the most puzzling piece. We believe that building your dream home should be a positive and rewarding experience, so we’ve developed three simple phases to give you the most stress-free service as we construct your new home. Below is part one in your road ahead!  

Phase 1: Design Services Vision Meeting: During the first phase of your custom home building experience with us, you will meet with our project manager to discuss your project. This meeting will be detail-oriented and we’ll be able to address everything from your needs, wants, and budget.  

Lot Meeting: This is where you will meet with our team together at the lot to determine all factors of where your home will be placed, laid out, views, and all cost factors will be determined.  

Begin Design Process: After the two initial meetings have taken place, we’ll begin drafting a custom floor plan for you or modify a plan we have already built that we can customize further to fit your vision.  

Site Evaluation & Refine Design Concepts: This is where the drafted floor plan of your home and the site evaluation will take place on your lot. You’ll be given an accurate cost proposal at this stage.  

Cost Proposal: After many years in construction, we’ve developed a system that is an industry-leading cost calculation tool that will also function as a part of your contract.  

Design Revisions Based on Cost Proposal: This is where we take your budget and wish list for your home and come to an agreement to where you get what you want for the price you’re willing to spend.
