HomeVestors and Local Market Monitor recently identified these five best real estate investment market based on the first quarter of 2016 and cities with increased job opportunity over the past year.
At the top of the list for real estate investors was the Dallas area, including Plano, Irving, and surrounding metro areas. San Antonio, Texas came in second and Grand Rapids-Wyoming. Michigan took third place.
Wrapping up the top five locations was Orlando, Florida and the Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Georgia areas.
Increased job growth allows prices to drive higher in these markets, which increases the business services and tourism as well, such as San Antonio and Orland will be seeing. It also helps increase manufacturing in places like Michigan.
The results for these top five investment recommendations also came based on the prediction that these markets will be good rental markets and where home prices will be likely to rise and increase over the next few years. It also took into consideration the above-average job growth and jobs that will continue to be created.
